Shipping policy

When you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your e-mail address. In the confirmation you will find all information about products, price, billing and delivery address. If there is any error in the order confirmation, you must contact us immediately by e-mail at info@silkeunderwear.com.

All of our products are shipped from our Swedish warehouse. Our estimated delivery times are:

• Sweden: 1–3 business days
• Europe: 2–5 business days
• UK: 5–10 business days
• USA: 7–14 business days

Please note that orders placed on weekends are dispatched no earlier than the following Monday. International orders may also be subject to local customs fees.
